Rhonda Paradeis

Roswitha Konz has been with Dakota Counseling Institute since 1993 and has served as Clinical Director since 2002. She oversees the clinical aspects of the mental health outpatient program as well as the Pathway program. Roswitha holds a BA from Dakota Wesleyan University (1985) and an MA from Central Michigan University (1987). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds the endorsement of Qualified Mental Health Professional from the State of South Dakota. Additionally, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Alongside her administrative and supervisory responsibilities, Roswitha maintains a small caseload of individual clients, specializing in trauma-related issues.
