Ron Steele, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the onsite LifeMatters Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider for Fresno State.

With over two decades of experience in providing psychosocial therapy services, he helps with stress, work-life balance, workplace conflicts, depression, family and relationship issues, and alcohol and drug dependency.

He offers a confidential space for Fresno State employees and tailors guidance to university staff and faculty, helping them work toward positive solutions for personal and professional concerns that affect well-being and work performance.
