Sam Fogarty

Sam Fogarty, MHC-LP, is a Psychotherapist and Clinical Coordinator who uses he/they pronouns. He provides an affirming and engaging therapeutic experience tailored to each unique individual.

Sam offers individual counseling, couples counseling, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, and LGBTQ counseling. He also provides teletherapy services to improve access.

Radical acceptance forms the cornerstone of Sam's work. He helps clients explore emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and energy—both past and present, and collaborates with them to understand how social expectations affect identity and personal growth.
