Sara Geoghegan

Sara Geoghegan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through life’s challenges.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, interpersonal conflict, and emotional regulation. Her approach combines evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client’s needs. She also offers animal-assisted therapy with Hudson, her 4-year-old English Lab, who has clinical experience and is training for advanced certification.
