Sara Roth

Sara Roth, Ph.D., IMFT-S, LPCC, is a licensed psychologist and owner of Cleveland Counseling Center who helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. She provides individual therapy and couples counseling and works with adolescents and families, addressing family conflicts, grief, infidelity, and trauma.

Dr. Roth uses Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and she offers Therapy Intensives for deeper work. She emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and a holistic approach, noting progress in one area often supports growth in others.
