Sarah Briguglio, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Ohio University. This robust educational background forms the foundation of her diverse therapeutic toolkit, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Feminist Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
