Sarah Hoops

Sarah Hoops, MS, LGPC, is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Washington, DC. She specializes in supporting survivors of sexual trauma, emotional abuse, neglect, and harmful relationships and uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic counseling, with an emphasis on self-compassion.

She earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College and completed clinical training at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. Her background also includes work as a professional and family caregiver for those at the end of life.
