Shannon Hurd

Sarah Hayworth, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in Wyoming and Colorado, with over a decade of experience in trauma-informed mental health care. With a background in criminal justice and former service in law enforcement, she brings a unique, compassionate perspective to her work—especially with individuals impacted by the justice system.

Sarah holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and specializes in EMDR therapy. She takes a client-centered, integrative approach, helping individuals heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.
