Shaun Fleniken

Shaun Fleniken, PMHNP, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Lakeland Therapy & Psychiatry Clinic and a member of the Elite DNA Behavioral Health team. Providing compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care, he supports patients on their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

He provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and develops treatment plans tailored to each patient. His clinical work is part of services that include psychiatry, psychotherapy, children's mental health services, telehealth, and trauma therapy.

Fleniken works alongside care coordinators, therapists, and psychiatric professionals in a collaborative, integrated care environment that emphasizes education, training, and preparedness. He provides care in both virtual and in-person settings and assists patients navigating family changes and grief.
