Sheila Powell

Sheila Powell, Family Therapist, has over three decades of experience in Christian family therapy and is co-founder of Crosswinds International (1989). She works alongside her husband Dr. Ronald Powell in leadership at the practice.

She integrates Christian faith with contemporary counseling methodologies and works with couples, families, and individuals seeking personal and spiritual guidance. Her long tenure at Crosswinds reflects sustained experience in faith-based clinical work.

Married to Dr. Ronald Powell since July 1974 and a mother to daughter Brooke and grandmother to five, she brings personal family experience into her therapy. Her approach is compassionate and faith-centered, focused on strengthening relationships and supporting clients' spiritual and relational goals.
