Abrams holds a master's degree in social work from Long Island University and a CASAC-T certification. His professional experience includes working at Rockland CBT under the supervision of Dr. Jonathan Feiner, Ph.D., where he honed his clinical skills.

Abrams utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and exposure therapy, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
