Sinita Hankins

Sinita Hankins, LMSW, ACTP, is a Licensed Master Social Worker at Comforting Hearts Counseling Solutions. She specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions and uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed techniques.

She earned a Master's in Social Work from Wayne State University and is attuned to stress and trauma related to race, gender, or economic class. Sinita partners with clients to identify and regain strengths as they work through unique challenges.

She believes hope is possible and partners with clients in a safe, nonjudgmental space, and she incorporates Christian faith-based approaches when desired. Her practice is collaborative and focused on helping clients set and reach personal goals for growth and well-being.
