Stephen Mandler

Dr. Stephen Mandler serves as the Medical Director at We Care Behavioral Health. He is a board-certified psychiatrist in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry, with residency and fellowship training from the Menninger Clinic at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Mandler specializes in the treatment of infants, children, and families.

His previous roles include Chief Medical Officer at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch and Regional Medical Officer Psychiatrist for the U.S. Department of State, where he served in Afghanistan, Mexico, West Africa, and Washington, DC. He has also held academic appointments at Oregon Health & Science University and Portland State University.
