Tammy Sutton

Tammy Sutton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist™ who helps people navigate trauma recovery and emotional wellness. Sutton works with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and PTSD, supporting children, adolescents, and adults.

Sutton holds a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her extensive training includes certifications in Trauma Focused-CBT and Trust-Based Relational Intervention, equipping her with strategies to address the needs of trauma survivors, particularly those who have experienced sexual abuse.

In her practice, Sutton employs Sand Tray therapy and EMDR to help clients express complex emotions and process painful memories. Clients can expect a calm and collaborative environment where they are guided to focus on present joys and future aspirations. Sutton’s approach is grounded in empathy and expertise, fostering a path toward healing.
