Taylor Kucensky

Taylor Kucensky, M.A., LPC, LCPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in teen OCD treatment and adolescent anxiety. She uses evidence-based methods including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference Based CBT (I-CBT).

She offers her services to clients across Colorado and Montana. Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019 and completed her Master's degree at the University of Denver in 2022; she also completed a year-long internship at In Focus Counseling with intensive training and supervision in CBT and ERP for OCD treatment.

Drawing from her own experiences with mental health, she forms warm, empathic connections with teens and young adults and emphasizes creative problem-solving, individualized care, and empowering clients to manage OCD and anxiety.
