Trey Jackson

Trey Jackson, LAPC, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, works with adults and teens using a holistic mind-body-spirit framework. He specializes in somatic and polyvagal therapeutic approaches and has training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

He holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Georgia. He provides a compassionate space for clients to explore experiences and process difficult emotions.

Trey focuses on addressing trauma that may be stored in the body and helps clients work on self-sabotaging behaviors, self-harm, and addictive tendencies, guiding them toward healthier coping and greater self-expression.
