Tyasia Jones

Tyasia Jones, M.Ed., MFT, is a Chemical Dependency Counselor and doctoral student at Northcentral University pursuing a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. She brings over six years of hands-on experience in the field.

She specializes in addiction treatment, dual diagnosis, and relational issues, using Motivational Interviewing, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and a direct, person-centered approach tailored to each client.

Her work spans substance treatment, recovery housing, and supportive services for individuals facing addiction and homelessness, as well as services for individuals, couples, and families, crisis victims, and clients with developmental disabilities. She employs a systemic approach that targets negative attachment styles and centers empowerment and authenticity.
