Wendy Krauss

Wendy Krauss, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Advanced Behavioral Health Center with over three decades of experience in mental health counseling. Licensed since 1989, she holds a Master's Degree in counseling from Suffolk University in Boston and a professional social work license in Massachusetts obtained in 1980.

She specializes in trauma treatment and is a Certified Therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); her clinical modalities also include clinical hypnosis and rapid trauma resolution. Wendy holds national certification as a Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) through The American Academy of Healthcare Providers in the Addictive Disorders since 1989.

Her work ranges from inpatient chronic pain treatment to outpatient addictions therapy, and she has experience working with students with disabilities and chemically dependent adult men. Krauss employs evidence-based techniques to support clients navigating trauma, addiction, and related life challenges.
