Whitney Shelton

Whitney Shelton, LPC, brings 12 years of diverse experience and holds a Masters in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University-Montgomery. She practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus on evidence-informed support.

She is specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief and works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She also has experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and a background in training and consulting for behavior management; she is currently pursuing certification in grief therapy.

Whitney believes in meeting each individual where they are and listens attentively. She uses engaging, thoughtful activities to promote healthy expression of feelings and to help clients build skills for navigating life’s challenges.
