His experience expanded significantly during his time at the Remuda Ranch Center for Anorexia and Bulimia in Wickenburg, Arizona, where he developed expertise in treating eating disorders. This specialized knowledge continues to inform his practice, allowing him to offer nuanced care for patients struggling with these complex conditions.

Since 2000, Dr. Bell has been an integral part of Middle Tennessee's mental health community. His tenure as a staff psychiatrist with Centerstone Community Mental Health showcased his innovative spirit, as he played a key role in implementing tele-psychiatry services. This forward-thinking approach to mental health care delivery demonstrates Dr. Bell's commitment to improving access to psychiatric services.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Bell has cultivated a multifaceted private practice. He has supervised more than 30 psychiatric nurse practitioners, sharing his knowledge and helping to shape the next generation of mental health professionals. His commitment to advancing psychiatric care is further exemplified by his provision of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment to patients, showcasing his willingness to incorporate cutting-edge therapies into his practice.

Dr. Bell's leadership capabilities were recognized when he served as the interim Medical Director of Lifecare Family Services from 2012 to 2017.
