Abigail Mason

Abigail Mason, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with individuals aged 18-35, with 8 years of behavioral health expertise. She earned a Master's of Science in Counselor Education from East Carolina University in 2016.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions and uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, exposure therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment.
