Aislinn Moss

Dr. Aislinn Moss is a clinical psychologist at Old Town Psychology. Moss works with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity exploration, and trauma. She collaborates with clients to set goals and solve problems, tailoring treatment to individual needs.

Dr. Moss earned her Psy.D. from George Washington University, where her research focused on trauma treatment models intersecting with racial, cultural, and religious trauma. Her clinical experience spans inpatient hospitals, college counseling centers, residential facilities, and community mental health centers. Notably, she completed a Doctoral Internship at Saint Elizabeths Hospital and worked at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington and the George Washington University Center Clinic.

In sessions, Moss helps clients explore personal history and experiences to foster insight and self-awareness. She adapts her style to meet clients where they are, providing support and skills for meaningful change.
