Alexandra Hoewt

Alexandra Hoewt, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH22968), earned a BS in social work from the University of West Florida and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. She specializes in addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship problems and uses evidence-based treatment methods.

Her professional experience includes work in hospitals, schools, and methadone clinics, giving her a broad clinical perspective. She works with clients ranging from children as young as six through adults and tailors care to each life stage.

Alexandra creates a non-judgmental, welcoming, and empowering environment to help clients explore concerns and build skills for emotional well-being. At Innovative Direction she focuses on individualized, collaborative support grounded in respect.
