Alison Fuhr

Alison Fuhr is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at The Costello Center. Fuhr works with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, depression, and more. She particularly supports those new to mental health treatment and people managing chronic illnesses.

Fuhr earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Florida. Her career spans diverse healthcare settings, including clinical trials, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, and hospitals, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both physical and mental health.

In her practice, Fuhr combines medication management with counseling, disease education, dietary alterations, and lifestyle changes.
