Allie Longworth

Allie Longworth is a board-certified music therapist at LaunchPad Counseling. Longworth works with teenagers and adults, using music as a therapeutic tool to help clients process difficult experiences, navigate complex emotions, and improve relationships.

Longworth's journey into music therapy began in 2012, inspired by case studies and her passion for music. She became board certified in 2016. Her commitment to the field is further demonstrated by her post-graduate training in the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, which enhances her ability to tailor sessions to individual needs.

In her practice, Longworth creates a safe, client centered environment where clients explore their inner worlds through music. Her approach is flexible, adapting to each person's relationship with music. Sessions are available both in person in Richmond, VA, and online across the United States, offering accessibility to those seeking healing through music.
