Allison Sears

Allison is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who earned her master’s degree from Gonzaga University. She brings eight years of acute psychiatric care experience at Billings Clinic, where she helped establish the Psychiatric Stabilization Unit and provided therapeutic care across the lifespan. Her clinical background includes crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and suicide risk assessment and management.

Allison is committed to expanding access to quality mental health care and reducing stigma through compassionate, holistic services. She provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
