Allison Sheaffer

Allison Sheaffer is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who helps people navigate complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. Sheaffer works with adolescents and adults, guiding them toward resilience and self-understanding.

Sheaffer earned her Master of Social Work degree in 2016. Her practice is informed by a solid educational foundation and a fresh perspective. She integrates various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's needs.

Utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Sheaffer addresses trauma through a strength-based lens. Clients can expect a trauma-informed, collaborative environment where their experiences are acknowledged and explored. Each session is purposeful and focused, offering a supportive space for healing.
