Allison Sheaffer

Allison Sheaffer, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in guiding individuals through the intricate landscapes of anxiety, depression, internal conflict, and stress. She works across the lifespan, offering support to adolescents and adults.

Her therapeutic toolkit is anchored by training in EMDR and a strength-based practice; she also integrates cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She holds a Master of Social Work degree earned in 2016.
