Alyse Tonon

Alyse Tonon, CMHC, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, integrates somatic-focused approaches into clinical care and developed Hit2Heal, an innovative therapeutic boxing program. She has nearly a decade of diverse experience in the mental health field.

Her work spans residential treatment facilities, substance abuse programs, intensive outpatient care, and private practice. In 2022 a car accident resulted in a serious back injury, which prompted her exploration of the mind-body connection and informed her embodiment work.

Alyse believes true healing and long-term change occur "in and through the body." She uses physical movement and boxing as tangible ways to engage emotional processes, emphasizing safety, personalization, and resilience-building.
