Amelia Sun

Amelia Sun, CPC-I, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a foundation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She offers in-person and online therapy sessions, serving diverse individuals, teens, and families, and practices through an integrative, mindful-somatic lens to help clients build core strength and shift unhelpful patterns.

Her collaborative, multicultural counseling approach centered on increasing self-awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection draws on advanced Brainspotting training, including Attuning to Bipoc Experiences. Clients learn practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related stress, and she has specialized expertise in working with adoptees, transracial adoptees, and the adoption constellation.
