Amy Kurz

Amy Kurz, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of OCD and anxiety-related disorders. She is trained in EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) and works with social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias, panic, separation anxiety, and body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania and excoriation disorder.

Licensed as a clinical social worker since 2009, Amy has over eight years of experience focusing on anxiety and OCD and has worked in foster care and with girls exiting sex trafficking.

Her approach is collaborative and supportive; she welcomes questions, strives to ensure clients feel seen and understood, and aims to equip clients with skills they can apply independently while acknowledging that therapy can be challenging.
