Amy Kurz

Amy Kurz is a therapist who helps people overcome anxiety and OCD. She works with teens, tweens, and adult women, creating a collaborative environment for managing mental health challenges. Kurz addresses social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias, and body-focused repetitive behaviors.

Kurz began her mental health journey with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University, followed by a master's degree in social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Licensed as a clinical social worker since 2009, she has experience in foster care and with girls exiting sex trafficking, later focusing on individual therapy.
