Ana Prete

Ana Prete, LPC, MA, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides virtual therapy. She specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and women ages 14 and up, with particular expertise in supporting young adults navigating the complexities of their 20s and 30s.

She uses an integrative somatic approach, drawing on sensorimotor psychotherapy, Polyvagal theory, and mindfulness training, and has considerable experience in addressing diet culture and eating disorder recovery.

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming and sex-positive therapist, Ana creates a safe, affirming space to help clients challenge shame, dismantle internalized systems of oppression, develop healthy boundaries, and enhance communication with themselves and others.
