Anarie White

Anarie White, CSW, is a Certified Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Utah State University. She is specializing in supporting adolescents and young adults and also works with individuals and couples.

Her expertise spans anxiety, depression, OCD, sexuality, body image, faith transitions, and relationship concerns. She uses a variety of evidence-based methods and employs a trauma-informed lens to help clients manage life stress and clarify their developing identity.

Anarie enjoys teaching partners skills to manage conflict and grow closer to one another in couples therapy. As an in-network provider with several insurance companies, including Aetna, Select Health, University of Utah, and EMI, she aims to make care accessible while helping clients make choices aligned with their values.
