Angela Muterspaugh

Angela Muterspaugh, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who began her work at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital, where she worked in group therapy. She is proficient in cognitive behavioral therapy and prolonged exposure therapy.

She joined the community mental health center at Vanderbilt in December 2009, providing individual and group therapy in the Adult Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic, and became a faculty member at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in October 2012.

Most recently, Angela practices at the Nashville Center for Hope & Healing (NCHH), a division of the NeuroScience & TMS Treatment Center, offering personalized, evidence-based care that applies CBT and prolonged exposure to address trauma-related and other mental health concerns.
