Anna Jett

Anna Jett is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps clients explore their true selves and uncover their purpose. Jett works with people facing emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma recovery, as well as complex relationship dynamics including codependency and family conflict.

A Missouri native, Jett's path to therapy began in the Kansas City suburbs. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Rockhurst University and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. Her volunteer work at the Gillis Center and internship at Safehome provided valuable experience in supporting families and people affected by trauma and abuse.

Jett employs EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to tailor treatment to each client's needs. Her practice integrates faith for those seeking spiritual exploration. Clients can expect a safe, non judgmental space for healing and growth.
