Anna Powers

Anna Powers, MS, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relationships, heal from traumatic experiences, and build confidence to achieve personal goals.

She is trained in Narrative Therapy, SFBT, EFT, TF-CBT, DBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and uses Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method in couples work.

She holds an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta University, is a gender-affirming Safe Space provider for the LGBTQIA+ community, and works at Powers Relational Therapy alongside Nathan Powers, MS, LMFT. Her gentle, collaborative, evidence-based approach tailors interventions to each client’s story; she offers Accelerated Resolution Therapy for clients who prefer not to verbalize traumatic experiences.
