Anne Cummings

Anne Cummings, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in psychodynamic theory and complex trauma-related disorders. She works with adolescents and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, and attachment problems rooted in trauma.

She has received diverse training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mind Body Bridging, and Mindfulness and Healing Meditation, which she tailors to each client’s needs. Anne holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
