Anne Harper is a Clinical Director in Eugene who helps people navigate life's challenges. Harper works with military personnel and their families, addressing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma through a compassionate approach.
Harper has over two decades of experience in diverse settings, including career counseling, soldier resiliency building, private practice, and crisis counseling. Her background as a veteran provides her with a perspective in understanding the complex needs of service members. She holds a Bachelor of Science in PreMed Psychology from the University of Oregon, a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Doctoral degree in Health Psychology from Walden University.
Her eclectic therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Internal Family Systems. Clients can expect a collaborative environment where they learn relaxation tools and develop resilience. Sessions are tailored to each individual's needs.
