Anne Striebel

Anne Striebel, LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Understanding Minds Psychological Services and serves as Engagement Coordinator at Understanding Minds Psychological Services. She brings experience guiding clients through self-discovery and growth in a safe, comfortable environment.

She works with both adolescents and adults and offers individual and group therapy; her specialties include women's issues, depression, self-esteem enhancement, social skills development, substance use concerns, bullying and peer pressure. Anne tailors treatment to each client's needs and collaborates to find practical strategies for managing life’s struggles.

She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Media Communications in 2000, followed by her M.A. in Counseling in 2003, and is a National Certified Counselor (2008). Her approach is warm and supportive, grounded in unconditional positive regard and collaborative problem-solving to promote personal growth.
