Annette Bartel

Annette Bartel, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Topeka, Kansas, with nearly three decades of experience. She offers individual therapy for adolescents, adults, and children, as well as couples and family therapy.

She spent 17 years at The Menninger Foundation on a multidisciplinary team and established her private practice in Topeka in 2002. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 1993 and has served on numerous local boards.

Her approach is collaborative, rooted in respect and trust. She helps clients understand the patterns in their relationships that may be impeding their best functioning, leading to frustration, anxiety, depression, and conflict, and works with them to set goals in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
