Since founding the practice in 1995, Gagliardo has dedicated his career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and addiction.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CcH), Gagliardo offers a unique blend of therapeutic approaches. His extensive background allows him to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mental health concerns and addiction issues. He has worked as a Program Therapist at Salem Hospital Psychiatric Medicine, served as the Clinical Director at Pueblo Community Counseling Services, and was the Director of Social Services for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. These experiences have given him a broad perspective on mental health issues across diverse populations.

Gagliardo's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Portland State University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon, and an Associate of Arts in Addictions from Umpqua Community College. He is also a Reiki Practitioner at the Master Level, adding a holistic dimension to his therapeutic toolkit.
