Dr. April Brown is a Certified Relationship and Sex Therapist who helps people and couples foster deeper connections with themselves and their partners. With over two decades of experience, she works with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges.

Dr. Brown holds a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology and is licensed as a Mental Health Christian Counselor in Florida, Wisconsin, New York, and New Jersey. She is Board Certified in TeleMental Health, an EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Therapist, and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor.

Brown employs a multicultural and integrative approach, utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques, family systems theory, and solution-focused treatments. As a Gottman-trained therapist, she enhances communication and intimacy within couples. Clients can expect a non judgmental environment that encourages insight and action.
