Ashley Dodson

Ashley Dodson, LCSW, is a Mental Health Professional and School and Community Liaison. She supports individuals, particularly young girls, with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Management from Philander Smith College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington, completed in 2021. Her business background informs her understanding of systemic factors and supports her ability to navigate complex school and community systems.

In her role she bridges the gap between mental health services and educational institutions and is dedicated to breaking down barriers to mental health care. Her approach is holistic and client-centered, focused on building coping skills, resilience, and practical supports.
