Ashley Fletcher

Ashley Fletcher is the Owner and Director of Acadian Counseling Center. Fletcher works with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues, including teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders. She is trained in EMDR for trauma and certified in Gottman Level 1 & 2 relationship counseling.

Fletcher earned her counseling degree and holds licenses as a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. Her practice encompasses a wide range of mental health concerns, offering guidance on stress management, anger management, and self-esteem building.

Utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Approach, Fletcher helps clients understand the interplay of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Her non judgmental and genuine style encourages personal growth and emotional well-being. Teletherapy services are available, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients seeking support in their personal spaces.
