Ashley Goetsch

Ashley Goetsch, M.S., LMHC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, provides client-centered care that integrates cognitive-behavioral strategies and solution-focused techniques. She specializes in anxiety and depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, abuse recovery, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, addiction, self-esteem and body image, and adoption-related concerns.

She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and has worked in outpatient clinics, schools, private homes, and addiction treatment centers. Ashley has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across these settings.

Her additional training includes trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and adoption competency, which she incorporates into an integrative, versatile approach. She aims to create an accepting, collaborative therapy environment that supports clients as they explore challenges and pursue positive change.
