Ashley Sutherland

Ashley Sutherland is a therapist who is the owner of Creative Life Counseling, LLC. Sutherland works with clients navigating life's transitions, focusing on stress and anxiety disorders. She helps people honor their relationships while living authentically, addressing issues like OCD and phobias.

Sutherland's career began in Chicago, supporting pregnant and parenting teens after her 2007 graduation from Loyola University Chicago. She relocated to Salt Lake City in 2008, gaining experience at the University of Utah emergency department, the Neuropsychiatric Institute, and the foster care system.

At Creative Life Counseling, founded in 2011, Sutherland applies evidence based treatments such as Exposure Response Prevention.
