Audrey Steinle

Christie has been with Dakota Counseling Institute since July 2018. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Clinical Counseling. Her therapeutic work incorporates mindfulness-based practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and humanistic approaches, along with training in EMDR and polyvagal theory. Christie’s professional interests include trauma-informed care for anxiety, stress reduction, life transitions, and LGBTQ issues. She is also a certified yoga instructor with training in Vinyasa and Kundalini practices.
