Aundrea Hudson

Aundrea Hudson, LMHC, NCC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals and couples. She brings a blend of evidence-based therapies and creative approaches to her practice.

She has advanced training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma recovery. She is credentialed in sandtray therapy, offering a creative option for clients who find verbal expression difficult.

Hudson offers Christian counseling upon request and works with individuals aged 11 and above. She provides a supportive, individualized environment focused on rebuilding relationships and processing traumatic experiences.
