Aureyon Conner

Aureyon Conner, M.Ed., PLPC, Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor, focuses on serving the African American population and other diverse cultures. She uses Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to tailor treatment.

Aureyon earned an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University and provides play therapy for children (ages 8 and up) and individual counseling for teens and adults. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflict, career and academic concerns, and life transitions.

She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space and uses a collaborative, culturally sensitive approach to reduce stigma and empower clients on their journey to becoming happier, healthier versions of themselves. She is passionate about tailoring care to each client's needs.
