Becky Meline

Becky Meline, LIMHP, MGCP, is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and founder of Focus Therapy & Performance Coaching. She holds a Sports Psychology Certification in Mental Game Coaching and draws on her experience at the University of South Dakota, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and was a collegiate volleyball athlete.

With over 14 years of clinical experience, Becky works with adults and specializes in adolescents and children. She founded Focus Therapy in 2017 and works with individual athletes and teams across the country, leading a team of providers.

Her approach integrates clinical counseling and performance coaching to build mental clarity, emotional resilience, and practical skills to manage adversity and optimize performance.
