Beth Salmonowicz

Beth Salmonowicz is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who uses a trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered approach to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, family and relationship concerns, identity shifts, and major life transitions. She believes every individual has inherent value and is deserving of dignity, respect, and time, and she strives to create a supportive space for growth and healing.

Beth’s diverse professional background includes working with older adults in long-term care, supporting university students through academic and personal challenges, and assisting individuals and couples with family planning, unexpected pregnancies, and pregnancy loss. Her special interests include women’s health, fertility issues, religious trauma, life transitions, somatic work, career counseling, and grief and loss.
